HAST PR & COMMS is the controller for messages sent to hanne@hast-pr.no or through the form on this website.

What we store

The form asks for name, email, organisation, phone and message. Fields that are not required may be left empty. We do not ask for more than is needed to reply.

Why

The details are used to answer the enquiry and, where relevant, to follow it up. The basis is the consent given in the form, and what is needed to respond to a request you have made.

How long

The form is received by Netlify, which stores the enquiry and emails hanne@hast-pr.no. The email stays in the inbox while the conversation continues, and is deleted within twelve months if it does not become an engagement. The copy at Netlify can be deleted there once it is no longer needed.

Cookies

This version does not use analytics and does not set its own tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to hanne@hast-pr.no. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
